These free wellbeing walks take place every Wednesday morning at 10am.
The walks cover different terrains and routes, are relatively flat and last up to 90 minutes. However some routes may include slopes, steps, uneven surfaces and stiles.
They are led by our fantastic trained instructors, within a friendly and sociable environment.
