DACC is a specialist day care provider since 1994. Day Care helps our older people stay independent and living in their own homes and communities for longer. Many of our members are living with some form of Dementiaand can be as young as early 60's. Therefore our services are adapted to meet individuals needs where possible.
Our centres are based in local community venues. We believe in supporting the re-generation of communities and taking services as close to home as possible. As a co-operative business we are not for profit and have charitable status.
DACC offers a warm and friendly atmosphere with trained staff recruited from the local community providing stimulating activities, fun, laughter and socialising.
Breakfast and afternoon snacks and a three course meal are included.
Our daily rate for day care starts at £45 and help may be available from social services depeendant upon personal circumstances. The price includes a charge of £11.50 which goes towards meals, activities and special events.
